Overview

Welcome to Vaco™ ("we", "us", "our") – an Israeli exempt dealer (Osek Patur), registration number 208584649, operating the online store at vacobags.com (the "Services"), powered by Shopify. These Terms of Service ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Cookie Policy, govern your use of the Services. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please do not use the Services.

Section 1 – Eligibility and Account

By accepting these Terms you confirm you are at least 18 years of age, or the applicable age of majority in your country of residence, and that you have authorised any minor dependants to use the Services on your device. You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account. You may not transfer or assign your account.

Section 2 – Our Products

We make every effort to display products accurately. Colors and appearance may vary depending on your screen settings. Product descriptions are subject to change without notice. We do not warrant that product quality will meet your expectations.

Statutory product warranties under applicable law (including the Israeli Sale Law 5728-1968, which provides a minimum one-year warranty on goods) are not affected by anything in these Terms.

Section 3 – Dropshipping Disclosure

Vaco™ operates as a dropshipping retailer. This means:

•       Products are sourced from third-party suppliers primarily in China (AliExpress, CJ Dropshipping and similar platforms).

•       We do not hold physical stock. Products ship directly from the supplier to you upon ordering.

•       Shipping times are longer than standard domestic retailers due to international logistics (see Section 6).

•       Import duties, customs taxes and local fees may apply upon arrival and are the buyer's sole responsibility.

 

Vaco™ assumes full responsibility for your customer experience, including all refund and dispute handling, regardless of any third-party supplier's policies.

Section 4 – Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Acceptance occurs only upon our written order confirmation and receipt of full payment. Vaco™ reserves the right to decline any order at its sole discretion without liability.

Order Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been dispatched to the supplier. Contact us at sagicoh1@gmail.com immediately. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible except under applicable statutory cancellation rights (see Section 7).

Section 5 – Prices and Billing

The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of order, as confirmed in your order confirmation email. Prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping, customs or import charges unless expressly stated. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.

You warrant that your payment information is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method. We do not store full payment card details; these are processed securely by Shopify Payments or the relevant payment processor.

Section 6 – Shipping and Delivery

Vaco™ ships to over 200 countries worldwide. Free shipping is provided via ePacket or EMS on all orders. There are some locations we are unable to ship to; if you are located in one of those areas, we will contact you.

 

Processing Time: Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched before shipping begins.

•       Australia & New Zealand: 7–15 business days

•       Central & South America: 7–15 business days

•       Asia: 7–15 business days

•       Africa: 7–20 business days

Maximum Delivery Time: 25 business days from dispatch. These estimates exclude customs clearance delays.

 

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to: customs processing; carrier issues; public holidays; or events of force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, armed conflict, extreme weather, or any circumstance beyond our reasonable control). We are not liable for delays caused by such events, but we will investigate and assist with any significantly delayed shipment.

 

Tracking: You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. Please note that for some shipping carriers, tracking information may take 2–5 business days to update. If more than 5 business days have passed since dispatch and your tracking shows no information, please contact us.

 

Multiple Packages: For logistical reasons, items in the same order may occasionally be shipped in separate packages, even if combined shipping was specified. You will be notified if this occurs.

 

Risk of loss passes to you once the product is handed to the carrier. For lost or non-delivered packages, contact us within 30 days of the maximum estimated delivery date.

⚠ Israeli customers: Customs duty may apply if the declared value exceeds ILS 75 (~USD 20). This is determined by Israeli customs authorities and is beyond our control.

⚠ Lost/Missing Packages: Vaco™ is not liable if an incorrect address was entered during checkout. Please verify your shipping address before completing your order. If the error is on our side, we will fully replace the order at no charge.

⚠ Customs: By purchasing from Vaco™, you acknowledge that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may be subject to customs fees upon arrival. We are not responsible for customs fees once items have shipped. We are legally required to declare the true value of goods and will not falsify customs declarations.

Section 7 – Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on products that arrive defective or damaged during shipping. Contact us and we will provide a return address and issue a full replacement or refund at your preference.

If you are unsatisfied for any other reason, contact our support team and we will do our best to assist.

Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days after the 30-day guaranteed delivery period has expired from dispatch. Customers bear return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.

We do not issue refunds where: (a) the order failed to arrive due to an incorrect address provided by the customer; or (b) the refund request is submitted outside the applicable window.

 

⚠ Israeli statutory right of cancellation: Under the Consumer Protection Law 5741-1981 and the Consumer Protection Regulations (Transaction Cancellation) 5771-2010, you have the right to cancel a distance purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods (or the transaction document, whichever is later). A cancellation fee of up to 5% of the transaction value or ILS 100 (whichever is lower) may apply. Refunds will be issued within 14 business days. Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging. This statutory right is in addition to our voluntary refund policy.

⚠ EU customers: Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. Notify us before the 14-day period expires to exercise this right.

Section 8 – Product Warranty

All products carry a minimum statutory warranty of one (1) year from the date of delivery, in accordance with the Israeli Sale Law 5728-1968. If a product is found defective due to a manufacturing fault (not misuse, normal wear and tear, or external damage), you are entitled to repair, replacement or refund at our discretion. To make a warranty claim, contact us with proof of purchase and a description or photo of the defect. We will respond within 5 business days.

Section 9 – Intellectual Property

All content on vacobags.com, including trademarks, text, images, graphics, video and audio, is owned by Vaco™ or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. No material may be reproduced, distributed or commercially exploited without our prior written consent.

Section 10 – Privacy, Cookies and Data Protection

All personal data collected through vacobags.com is governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy (available on vacobags.com). We process personal data in accordance with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law 5741-1981.

Lawful basis for processing (GDPR): (a) performance of a contract – to fulfil your order; (b) legitimate interests – to prevent fraud and improve the Services; (c) consent – for marketing communications; (d) legal obligation – where required by law.

EU/EEA customers: You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to processing of your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (DPA). Contact us at sagicoh1@gmail.com to exercise any right. We respond within 30 days.

Data retention: We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes collected, and in any event for a minimum of 7 years to comply with Israeli tax law obligations.

Data transfers: Fulfilment data may be shared with suppliers in China solely for order processing, with appropriate data protection safeguards.

Section 11 – Relationship with Shopify

vacobags.com is powered by Shopify. All purchases are made directly with Vaco™. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and Vaco™. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims arising from your transactions with Vaco™.

Section 12 – Third-Party Links and Tools

The Services may include third-party links or tools. We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of external sites. Optional third-party tools are provided 'as is' without warranties. Access to third-party sites is at your own risk.

Section 13 – Prohibited Uses

You may use the Services for lawful purposes only. Prohibited: unlawful or malicious activity; violation of applicable laws; infringement of intellectual property; harassment or harm to any person; transmission of false or misleading information; spam; impersonation; uploading malicious code; using robots, scrapers or AI agents without our written consent; circumventing security measures.

Section 14 – Automated Agents

Any software acting autonomously on a user's behalf ("Agent") may access the Services only if it: (i) identifies itself as an Agent in the HTTP user-agent string; (ii) does not mimic human behaviour or circumvent CAPTCHAs; (iii) truthfully discloses its nature when asked; (iv) does not circumvent access restrictions.

Section 15 – Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AND SUBJECT ALWAYS TO MANDATORY CONSUMER PROTECTION PROVISIONS THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED, VACO™ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA OR REPLACEMENT COSTS.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by negligence; (b) fraud; (c) any liability that cannot be excluded by law, including under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law 5741-1981 and the Israeli Standard Contracts Law 5743-1982.

⚠ Israeli customers: Under the Israeli Standard Contracts Law 5743-1982, terms that create an unreasonable and unfair advantage for the business may be declared void by a court. Your statutory rights under Israeli consumer protection law cannot be waived by contract.

Section 16 – Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided 'as is' and 'as available'. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. This disclaimer does not affect your mandatory statutory rights, including the one-year minimum product warranty under Israeli law (Section 8).

Section 17 – Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vaco™, Shopify and their affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents from any losses, damages or claims (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your violation of any law or third-party rights; (c) any content you submit to the Services.

Section 18 – Feedback and User Content

By submitting feedback, reviews or suggestions, you grant Vaco™ a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish and distribute such content for any lawful purpose. You confirm you own all rights in the content submitted.

Section 19 – Errors and Omissions

We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, pricing inaccuracies or omissions at any time. Where a pricing error materially affects an order, we will notify you and offer the option to confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Section 20 – Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time without notice. You remain liable for all amounts due up to the date of termination. Sections 8, 9, 10, 15, 16, 17, 21 and 22 survive termination.

Section 21 – Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Subject to mandatory consumer protection law applicable in your country of residence, both parties consent to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Israel.

EU/EEA customers: You may rely on the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence and use the EU ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

Israeli customers: Complaints may be filed with the Israel Consumer Protection and Fair Trade Authority at fta.gov.il or by calling *3333.

Section 22 – Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a prominent notice on vacobags.com at least 30 days before changes take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, you may close your account before the effective date.

Section 23 – Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision is found unlawful or unenforceable, it shall be severed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vaco™.

Section 24 – Customer Support and Response Times

You can reach Vaco™ customer support by email at sagicoh1@gmail.com. We do not operate 24/7 phone support; all support is handled via email.

We aim to respond to all customer enquiries within the following timeframes:

•       General enquiries and order questions: within 2 business days

•       Refund and return requests: within 3 business days

•       Warranty claims: within 5 business days

•       GDPR / data subject rights requests: within 30 days (as required by EU law)

•       Opt-out / unsubscribe requests: within 3 business days (as required by applicable law)

 

Business days are Sunday through Thursday, Israel Standard Time (IST), excluding Israeli public holidays. We will acknowledge your message promptly and provide a substantive response within the timeframes above.

⚠ Israeli customers: If you file a complaint with the Israel Consumer Protection and Fair Trade Authority (fta.gov.il | *3333), we are obligated to cooperate with their investigation and respond within the timeframes they specify.

ברוכים הבאים ל-Vaco™ ("אנחנו", "שלנו") – עוסק פטור ישראלי מספר 208584649, המפעיל את החנות המקוונת בכתובת vacobags.com ("השירותים"), המופעלת על גבי פלטפורמת Shopify. תנאי שירות אלה ("התנאים"), יחד עם מדיניות הפרטיות, מדיניות ההחזרות ומדיניות העוגיות שלנו, מסדירים את השימוש שלכם בשירותים. בכניסתכם לאתר אתם מסכימים לתנאים אלה.

סעיף 1 – כשירות וחשבון

בקבלת תנאים אלה, אתם מאשרים כי הנכם בני 18 לפחות, או בגיל הבגרות הנהוג במדינת מגוריכם. אתם אחראים לשמירת פרטי הגישה לחשבונכם ולכל פעילות שמתבצעת תחתיו. אין להעביר או להמחות את חשבונכם.

סעיף 2 – המוצרים שלנו

עשינו כל מאמץ לתאר את מוצרינו בצורה מדויקת. צבעים וחזות עשויים להיראות שונה בהתאם להגדרות המסך. תיאורי המוצרים כפופים לשינוי ללא הודעה מוקדמת.

אחריות סטטוטורית: אחריות המוצרים לפי חוק המכר, תשכ"ח-1968 (אחריות מינימלית של שנה) אינה מושפעת מדבר בתנאים אלה.

סעיף 3 – גילוי: חנות דרופשיפינג

Vaco™ פועלת כחנות דרופשיפינג. משמעות הדבר:

                                                            •            המוצרים מגיעים מספקים חיצוניים בעיקר מסין (AliExpress, CJ Dropshipping ודומיהם).

                                                                                 •            אנו לא מחזיקים מלאי פיזי. לאחר ביצוע הזמנה, המוצר נשלח ישירות מהספק אליכם.

                                                                                                                                            •            זמני המשלוח ארוכים מאשר בקמעונאות מקומית (ראו סעיף 6).

                                                                                                •            מכס ואגרות ייבוא עשויים לחול ואינם כלולים במחיר – אחריותם חלה על הקונה.

 

Vaco™ נושאת באחריות מלאה לחוויית הלקוח, לרבות טיפול בכל בקשות החזר ומחלוקות.

סעיף 4 – הזמנות

ביצוע הזמנה מהווה הצעת רכישה. הזמנתכם מאושרת רק לאחר אישור בכתב מצדנו ובכפוף לקבלת תשלום מלא. Vaco™ שומרת לעצמה את הזכות לדחות כל הזמנה.

ביטול הזמנה: ניתן לבטל בתוך 12 שעות מביצוע ההזמנה, ובתנאי שהמוצר טרם נשלח לספק. פנו אלינו מיידית לכתובת sagicoh1@gmail.com. לאחר שילוח, לא ניתן לבטל למעט לפי זכויות ביטול סטטוטוריות (ראו סעיף 7).

סעיף 5 – מחירים וחיוב

המחיר שייגבה יהיה המחיר שהוצג בעת ביצוע ההזמנה כפי שיפורט בדוא"ל האישור. המחירים אינם כוללים מסים, משלוח, מכס או אגרות ייבוא אלא אם צוין אחרת. שינויים במחיר לא יחולו על הזמנות שאושרו.

אתם מצהירים כי פרטי התשלום נכונים ומלאים ושהנכם מורשים להשתמש באמצעי התשלום. אנו לא מאחסנים פרטי כרטיס אשראי מלאים.

סעיף 6 – משלוח ואספקה

Vaco™ משלחת ליותר מ-200 מדינות ברחבי העולם. משלוח חינם מסופק לכל ההזמנות באמצעות ePacket או EMS. ישנן מדינות מסוימות שלא ניתן לשלוח אליהן; במקרה זה ניצור אתכם קשר.

 

זמן עיבוד הזמנה: יש לאפשר 2–5 ימי עסקים לעיבוד ומשלוח ההזמנה לספק, לפני תחילת זמן המשלוח.

זמן אספקה מרבי: 25 ימי עסקים ממועד השילוח. ימים אלה אינם כוללים עיכובי מכס.

 

כל זמני האספקה הם הערכות בלבד ואינם מובטחים. עיכובים עלולים להתרחש עקב: עיכובי מכס; בעיות שילוח; חגים לאומיים; או אירועי כוח עליון (לרבות אסונות טבע, מגפות, שביתות, עימותים מזוינים, מזג אוויר קיצוני, או כל נסיבה שאינה בשליטתנו הסבירה). איננו אחראים לעיכובים שנגרמו מאירועים כאמור, אך נחקור ונסייע בכל מקרה של עיכוב משמעותי.

 

מעקב הזמנה: תקבלו דוא"ל עם מספר מעקב לאחר שילוח ההזמנה. שימו לב שאצל חלק מחברות השילוח ייתכן שייקח 2–5 ימי עסקים עד שמידע המעקב יתעדכן במערכת. אם עברו יותר מ-5 ימי עסקים מהשילוח ועדיין אין מידע, פנו אלינו.

 

חבילות מרובות: מסיבות לוגיסטיות, פריטים מאותה הזמנה עשויים לפעמים להישלח בחבילות נפרדות, גם אם ביקשתם משלוח מאוחד. תיודעו אם זה יקרה.

 

הסיכון עובר אליכם עם מסירת המוצר לחברת השילוח. לחבילות שאבדו, פנו אלינו בתוך 30 ימים ממועד האספקה המרבי המשוער.

⚠ לקוחות ישראלים: הזמנות עשויות להיות כפופות למכס אם שווי ההצהרה עולה על 75 ₪ (כ-20 דולר). קביעה זו נתונה לרשות המכס הישראלית ואינה בשליטתנו.

⚠ חבילות שאבדו/חסרות: Vaco™ אינה אחראית אם כתובת שגויה הוזנה בשלב התשלום. אנא ודאו שכתובת המשלוח שלכם נכונה לפני ביצוע ההזמנה. אם הטעות מצדנו – ניקח אחריות מלאה ונשלח את ההזמנה מחדש ללא עלות.

⚠ מכס: בביצוע הזמנה אתם מאשרים כי חבילה אחת או יותר עשויות להגיע אליכם ולהיות כפופות לאגרות מכס. אנו מחויבים בחוק להצהיר על שווי אמיתי ולא נגיש הצהרות מכס שגויות.

סעיף 7 – מדיניות החזרות, החלפות וביטולים

אנו מציעים ערבות להחזר כספי מלא של 100% על מוצר פגום או שניזוק במהלך המשלוח. פנו אלינו ונספק כתובת להחזרה ונציע החלפה מלאה או החזר כספי.

אם אינכם מרוצים מסיבה אחרת, פנו לצוות התמיכה שלנו ונעשה כמיטב יכולתנו לסייע.

בקשות החזר יש להגיש בתוך 15 ימים לאחר שחלפה תקופת האספקה המובטחת (30 יום ממועד השילוח). הלקוח נושא בעלויות החזרה, אלא אם המוצר פגום.

לא נוציא החזרים: (א) כאשר ההזמנה לא הגיעה עקב כתובת שגויה שסיפקתם; (ב) כאשר הבקשה הוגשה מחוץ לחלון הזמן הנקוב.

 

⚠ זכות ביטול חוקית – ישראל: בהתאם לחוק הגנת הצרכן, תשמ"א-1981 ותקנות הגנת הצרכן (ביטול עסקה), תשע"א-2010, זכאים אתם לבטל עסקת מכר מרחוק בתוך 14 ימים ממועד קבלת המוצר. דמי ביטול של עד 5% מסכום העסקה או 100 ₪ (הנמוך מביניהם) עשויים לחול. ההחזר יבוצע תוך 14 ימי עסקים. המוצר יש להחזיר במצב ובאריזה מקוריים. זכות זו מתקיימת בנוסף למדיניות ההחזרות הוולונטרית שלנו.

⚠ זכות ביטול – לקוחות EU: בהתאם לדירקטיבת זכויות הצרכן האירופאית, זכאים אתם לבטל רכישה מרחוק בתוך 14 ימים מקבלת הסחורה ללא צורך לנמק.

סעיף 8 – אחריות על מוצרים

כל המוצרים מכוסים באחריות סטטוטורית מינימלית של שנה אחת (1) ממועד האספקה, בהתאם לחוק המכר, תשכ"ח-1968. אם נמצא פגם הנובע מתקלה ייצורית, זכאים אתם לתיקון, החלפה או החזר כספי. לתביעת אחריות: פנו אלינו עם אישור רכישה ותיאור/צילום של הפגם. נחזור אליכם בתוך 5 ימי עסקים.

סעיף 9 – קניין רוחני

כל התכנים ב-vacobags.com – לרבות סימנים מסחריים, טקסטים, תמונות, גרפיקה וסרטונים – הינם רכושה של Vaco™ ומוגנים על פי דיני זכויות יוצרים. תנאים אלה מאפשרים לכם שימוש אישי, לא מסחרי בלבד. אין להעתיק, להפיץ, לשנות, לנצל מסחרית או לפרסם כל חומר ללא הסכמה מוקדמת בכתב.

סעיף 10 – פרטיות, עוגיות והגנת מידע

כל המידע האישי שנאסף כפוף למדיניות הפרטיות ומדיניות העוגיות שלנו (זמינות ב-vacobags.com) ולחוק הגנת הפרטיות, תשמ"א-1981.

בסיס חוקי לעיבוד (GDPR): (א) ביצוע חוזה – לצורך מילוי הזמנתכם; (ב) אינטרס לגיטימי – למניעת הונאה ושיפור השירותים; (ג) הסכמה – לתקשורת שיווקית; (ד) חובה חוקית – לפי דרישת הדין.

לקוחות EU/EEA: עומדות לכם הזכויות הבאות: גישה, תיקון, מחיקה, הגבלת עיבוד, ניידות נתונים, והתנגדות. כמו כן, זכאים אתם להגיש תלונה לרשות הגנת המידע המקומית (DPA). פנו אלינו ב-sagicoh1@gmail.com. נשיב בתוך 30 ימים.

שמירת נתונים: אנו שומרים את נתוניכם לפחות 7 שנים לציות לחוק מיסוי ישראלי.

העברת נתונים: נתוני מילוי הזמנות עשויים להישלח לספקינו בסין לצורך הביצוע בלבד, תוך נקיטת אמצעי הגנת מידע מתאימים.

סעיף 11 – היחסים עם Shopify

כל עסקאות הרכישה מתבצעות ישירות עם Vaco™. Shopify אינה אחראית לכל היבט של העסקאות. אתם משחררים את Shopify ושותפיה מכל תביעה הנוגעת לעסקאות עם Vaco™.

סעיף 12 – קישורים וכלים חיצוניים

השירותים עשויים לכלול קישורים או כלים של צדדים שלישיים. איננו אחראים לתוכן חיצוני. כניסה לאתרים חיצוניים היא על אחריותכם בלבד.

סעיף 13 – שימושים אסורים

רשאים להשתמש בשירותים למטרות חוקיות בלבד. אסור: פעילות בלתי חוקית; הפרת זכויות; הטרדה; הפצת מידע כוזב; ספאם; התחזות; העלאת קוד זדוני; שימוש בכלים אוטומטיים, רובוטים או AI ללא הסכמתנו; עקיפת מנגנוני אבטחה.

סעיף 14 – סוכנים אוטומטיים

כל תוכנה אוטומטית ("סוכן") רשאית לגשת לשירותים רק אם: (א) מזהה את עצמה בכותרת HTTP; (ב) אינה מחקה התנהגות אנושית; (ג) מגיבה בכנות לגבי טיב הגישה; (ד) אינה עוקפת אמצעי הגבלה.

סעיף 15 – הגבלת אחריות

במידה המרבית המותרת על פי הדין החל, ובכפוף לזכויות קוגנטיות שאינן ניתנות להתנאה, Vaco™ לא תהיה אחראית לנזקים עקיפים, תוצאתיים, עונשיים או מיוחדים, לרבות אובדן רווח, אובדן נתונים, או עלויות החלפה.

שום דבר בתנאים אלה אינו מגביל את אחריותנו בגין: (א) מוות או פגיעה גופנית הנובעים מרשלנות; (ב) הונאה; (ג) כל אחריות שלא ניתן להדירה בחוק.

⚠ חוק החוזים האחידים, תשמ"ג-1982: תנאים הנותנים יתרון בלתי סביר לבית העסק עלולים להתבטל על ידי בית משפט. זכויותיכם הסטטוטוריות אינן ניתנות לוויתור בחוזה.

סעיף 16 – הסתייגות מאחריות

במידה המותרת בחוק, השירותים ניתנים "כפי שהם" ו"כפי שזמינים". הסתייגות זו אינה פוגעת בזכויות הסטטוטוריות שלכם, לרבות אחריות המוצרים לפי חוק המכר (סעיף 8).

סעיף 17 – שיפוי

אתם מסכימים לשפות ולהגן על Vaco™, Shopify ושותפיהן מפני כל הפסד, נזק, חבות או תביעה הנובעים מ: (א) הפרת תנאים אלה; (ב) הפרת כל חוק; (ג) כל תוכן שהגשתם לשירותים.

סעיף 18 – משוב ותוכן משתמש

בהגשת משוב, ביקורות או הצעות, אתם מעניקים לנו רישיון נצחי, עולמי, ללא תמלוגים לשימוש, שכפול, שינוי ופרסום תוכן זה לכל מטרה חוקית. אתם מאשרים שהנכם בעלי כל הזכויות בתוכן שהגשתם.

סעיף 19 – שגיאות ואי-דיוקים

אנו שומרים לעצמנו את הזכות לתקן שגיאות, אי-דיוקים ומחירים שגויים בכל עת. כאשר שגיאת מחיר משפיעה מהותית על הזמנה, נודיע לכם ונציע לאשר את המחיר הנכון או לבטל לקבלת החזר מלא.

סעיף 20 – סיום ההסכם

אנו רשאים לסיים את גישתכם לשירותים בכל עת ללא הודעה מוקדמת. תישארו אחראים לכל סכום שחל עד מועד הסיום. סעיפים 8, 9, 10, 15, 16, 17, 21 ו-22 יישארו בתוקף לאחר סיום.

סעיף 21 – הדין החל ויישוב סכסוכים

תנאים אלה כפופים לדין הישראלי. שני הצדדים מסכימים לסמכות השיפוט הלא-בלעדית של בתי המשפט המוסמכים בישראל.

⚠ חוק החוזים האחידים: כל תנאי שייקבע כמקפח יתבטל במידה הנדרשת בלבד, ויתר התנאים יישארו בתוקף.

סעיף 22 – שינויים בתנאים

אנו עשויים לעדכן תנאים אלה בכל עת. על שינויים מהותיים נודיע בדוא"ל או בהודעה בולטת ב-vacobags.com לפחות 30 יום לפני כניסתם לתוקף. המשך השימוש לאחר מכן מהווה הסכמה לשינויים.

סעיף 23 – שלמות ההסכם

אם נקבע כי הוראה כלשהי בטלה, תוסר במידה הנדרשת בלבד ויתר ההוראות יישארו בתוקף. תנאים אלה, יחד עם מדיניות הפרטיות, מדיניות העוגיות ומדיניות ההחזרות, מהווים את ההסכם המלא בין הצדדים.

סעיף 24 – תמיכת לקוחות וזמני תגובה
