At Vaco™ store, we collect:

Introduction

This Email Marketing Policy explains how Vaco™, operating at vacobags.com, collects consent, sends commercial electronic messages, and respects your right to opt out. This Policy applies to all marketing emails, SMS messages and newsletters sent by Vaco™. We comply with: Israeli Communications Law (Bezeq and Transmissions) 5742-1982, Section 30A; EU GDPR and ePrivacy Directive; and US CAN-SPAM Act, as applicable.

1. Consent – How We Collect It

We only send commercial messages to recipients who have given prior, explicit, informed, freely-given opt-in consent. Consent is collected through:

•       Voluntary sign-up forms on vacobags.com.

•       An opt-in checkbox at checkout – unticked by default, with a plain-language description of what you are subscribing to.

We do not use pre-ticked boxes, implied consent, or purchased mailing lists.

2. Existing Customers – Soft Opt-In

Under Israeli law (Section 30A(d)) and similar EU provisions, we may send commercial messages to existing customers about similar products without a new opt-in, provided: (a) contact details were obtained in the course of a sale; (b) messages concern similar products or services; and (c) every message contains a clear opt-out mechanism.

3. What We Send

With your consent, we may send: promotional emails (discounts, new arrivals, offers); newsletters (product updates, store news). Transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates, refund notifications) are sent regardless of marketing preferences and do not require marketing consent.

Every commercial message will clearly identify Vaco™ as the sender, include a truthful subject line, and include a clear one-click unsubscribe link.

4. Your Right to Unsubscribe – Opt-Out

You may withdraw consent and unsubscribe at any time, free of charge, with no adverse consequence, by:

•       Clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email (one click, no login required).

•       Emailing sagicoh1@gmail.com with the subject line 'Unsubscribe'.

 

We will process opt-out requests within 3 business days. You will receive no further commercial messages after that, except transactional messages related to active orders.

⚠ Israeli law (Section 30A): The right to opt out is absolute. We may not impose any condition, fee or barrier on your right to unsubscribe.

5. Sender Identification – Mandatory Disclosures

Every marketing message sent by Vaco™ will include:

•       Clear identification of Vaco™ as the sender – the name 'Vaco' or 'vacobags.com' will appear in the From field.

•       A dedicated business email address (displayed in every email).

•       Our postal address: 14 Shaike Ofir St., Rosh HaAyin, Israel (required under CAN-SPAM and Israeli law).

•       A clear, functioning one-click unsubscribe link in every message.

•       No deceptive sender names, misleading subject lines, or false headers.

6. Consent Records

We maintain records of all consents including: date and time, method of consent, exact wording presented, and IP address. Records are retained for a minimum of 5 years and are available to regulatory authorities upon lawful request.

7. GDPR – Lawful Basis and Data Rights

For EU/EEA subscribers, the lawful basis for processing your email address for marketing is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

8. Third-Party Processors

We use third-party email service providers (such as Shopify Email or similar) to deliver marketing messages. These providers process your email address solely to send our communications and are bound by data processing agreements consistent with applicable law.

9. Minors

We do not knowingly collect email addresses from, or send marketing communications to, individuals under 18. If we discover a subscriber is a minor, we will remove them from our list immediately.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or by a prominent notice on vacobags.com. Continued subscription after notification constitutes acceptance.
